Sign Up Procedures:

02) Application forms can be downloaded from our website: www.AdventureSports.com.np

03) Fill out forms and send your non-refundable deposit of US $250. The deposit is needed to hold a space in this race. Balance is due before July 1^st. If final balance is not received (or special arrangements made) by July 1^st, your space will be filled. Payment options below.

All race competitors will need a health certificate from their doctor, stating that they are physically able to participate in an endurance race at these altitudes (11,000 ft. – 18,000 ft) and on this type of terrain. You must fax your health certificate to our office in Kathmandu before your arrival. If you don’t have a certificate you will not be allowed to race. You may book your place on this Mountain Biking Race Event through following contacts in your respective countries.

• Only if you are physically able to participate in Mountain Biking race at these high altitudes and on this type of terrain, will you be able to sign up for this event . You will also need to fax the Health Certificate to our office along with your application form .
